Rob Arnold

EVP, Asia Pacific at EVERSANA

Rob Arnold is the Executive Vice President of Asia Pacific at EVERSANA. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Strategy & Leadership Consulting Private Limited from January 2012 to August 2016, focused on governance, strategy and leadership serving owners and leaders of enterprises targeting growth in Asia and globally. Some of their key client industries included infrastructure, life sciences and conglomerates.

Before this, Rob Arnold was the Vice President at IMS Consulting from December 2006 to November 2011. Here, they led the Product & Portfolio Strategy consulting practice for IMS globally. This included strategy, forecasting and competitive intelligence with a focus on improved IP and Apac. Under their leadership, the practice grew to $70 million.

From August 1984 to December 2006, Rob Arnold was the CEO of Strategic Decisions Group. Rob bought the firm out from Navigant in 2000 and steadily grew and paid off debt until 2006. During this time, they also built the India practice and key industries, including High Tech. In 2006, they sold the Life Science Practice to IMS and the Oil & Gas practice to CERA.

Rob Arnold's educational career includes obtaining an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, as well as MA degrees in both Law and English from the University of Cambridge.

Rob Arnold reports to Jim Lang, CEO. They are on a team with Alan Crowther - General Manager, Products, Scott Snyder - Chief Digital Officer, and Ravi Visweswara - EVP, Asia Pacific.
