Tom Sluby

Tom Sluby is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and leadership. Currently serving as Executive Director of Commercial Deployment at EVERSANA, Tom has also held key positions at Perpetual Life Sciences and Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where achievements include building and leading large sales teams and driving significant revenue growth in highly competitive markets. Notable successes include launching an SGLT inhibitor and amassing over 21,000 appointments at launch, as well as enhancing revenue from $34 million to $46 million in the rare diseases and oncology sectors. Tom's background is supported by an M.B.A. in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a B.A. in Communications and Administration, both from the University of Notre Dame.
