Jesse Debear

Jesse DeBear currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at EverService Holdings, LLC, leading enterprise strategy, growth, and innovation focused on scaling operations and integrating AI. Since founding DeBear Direct in 2016, Jesse has provided executive marketing consulting for digital marketing agencies and DTC brands, leveraging an extensive network of resources. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Lunar Solar Group, where strategic growth initiatives were overseen, and significant positions at MuteSix, Alchemee, and Guthy|Renker, building client success and digital marketing strategies. Jesse's career is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Ithaca College.
