Daniel Hopper

Daniel Hopper is a State and Local Tax Senior Associate at Eversheds Sutherland, where they have worked since 2026, following their role as an Associate from 2024 to 2026. Prior to this, they served as a Judicial Law Clerk for both the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas from 2017 to 2020. Daniel also gained litigation experience as an Associate at Quinn Emanuel from 2020 to 2023 and briefly worked as a Tax Associate at Fried Frank in 2024. They hold a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Doctor of Law from Baylor University School of Law.
