Lynn Holbert

Lynn Holbert is a Counsel in the Business Restructuring and Insolvency practice at Eversheds-Sutherland US in New York. Lynn focuses on insolvency and Uniform Commercial Code issues, particularly in Chapter 11 cases and state insurance insolvency matters. Lynn has a notable history of advising on significant reorganizations and has represented various entities in complex insolvency proceedings. Prior to joining Eversheds-Sutherland in 2022, Lynn held a counsel position at Hogan Lovells US LLP from 2012 to 2022 and at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP from 1991 to 2012. Lynn earned a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Colby College.
