Michael O'Keefe

Michael O'Keefe has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael started their career as a Technical Director at Eversight | Making Vision a Reality in December 1994 and held this role until 2009. Michael then went on to serve as the Executive Director - Midwire Systems at the same company from 2009 until December 2017. During their time at Eversight, they also held various other roles including Chief Clinical Officer, Interim Director of Communications and Logistics Center, and Director of Organizational Transformation. In July 2017, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Eversight, a role they currently hold. Prior to their time at Eversight, they worked as an Electrophysiology Technician at the University of Michigan Medical Center from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, they briefly served as an Adult Literacy Tutor at Washtenaw Literacy from March 2015 to September 2015.

Michael O'Keefe obtained their BS in Biology from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued an MBA in Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completing it from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, Michael also holds several certifications. Michael obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2016. In July 2016, they obtained the Organizational Culture Inventory/Organizational Effectiveness Inventory certification from Human Synergistics. Furthermore, in January 2016, Michael earned the Certified Eye Bank Technician certification from the Eye Bank Association of America.
