Ce (Jimmy) Liu is a highly skilled data professional with extensive experience in data science, engineering, and software development. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Eversource Energy since October 2025, previous roles include Consulting Data Engineer, Power System Data Engineer, and Senior Data Analyst at Oncor Electric Delivery from August 2018 to October 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Software Developer at Orchestra Technology from January 2012 to August 2018. Liu possesses a strong educational foundation with a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Information Engineering from Xi’an University Of Technology.
