Jonathan Harris

Jonathan Harris currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Eversource Energy, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this, Jonathan was a Senior Advisor to Governor Ned Lamont in the State of Connecticut, providing policy and legislative guidance from July 2019 to January 2023. His experience also includes serving as Undersecretary for Intergovernmental Policy & Planning at the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management, where responsibilities encompassed policy development and governance issues. Jonathan has held various legal roles, including Attorney at Feiner Wolfson and Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, managing a large regulatory agency. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Treasurer for the Connecticut State Treasurer and working as an attorney at Furey, Donovan, Tracy & Daly, P.C. Jonathan's political experience includes serving as a State Senator and as Mayor of West Hartford. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Russian Studies from Brandeis University.
