Ken Collette currently serves as Principal Counsel at Eversource Energy since August 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Counsel. Collette was appointed as Commissioner’s Designee for the CT Siting Council in 2022, where responsibilities included representing the DEEP Commissioner on a quasi-judicial board focused on balancing energy needs with environmental protection. From January 2019 to July 2022, Collette served as Chairperson of the State Board of Examiners of Environmental Professionals, overseeing the licensure of environmental professionals in Connecticut. Prior experience includes serving as Staff Attorney 3 at the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, providing counsel on environmental regulatory matters, and various legal roles in Massachusetts state agencies. Collette earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Penn State University.
