Lynette Perez

Lynette Perez has extensive experience in various roles within the energy, sports, retail, and entertainment industries. Currently serving as a Supervisor of Electric Field Operations at Eversource Energy since September 2022, Lynette also previously held the position of Staffing Consultant at the same company. Prior to this, Lynette worked as a Human Resources Manager and Marketing Manager for Hartford Yard Goats Baseball from August 2021 to November 2022. Experience at CVS Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician from May 2017 to July 2022 further complements Lynette's background. Additionally, a Talent Acquisition Internship at the LEGO Group in 2020 provided valuable insights into recruitment processes. Lynette earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Hartford, completing the program in 2021.
