Marge Howell has extensive experience in account management and strategic leadership within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategic & National Accounts at Eversource Energy since January 2017, Marge leads a team that focuses on the largest national retail customers in the commercial market. Prior to this role, Marge was the Senior National Account Executive for Northeast Utilities at Connecticut Light & Power, building and maintaining key partnerships with national account customers. Marge's earlier positions include Account Executive and Account Manager at CL&P, where Marge managed relationships with large commercial and industrial clients, as well as small to mid-size businesses. Marge began the career as Customer Operations Manager at Select Energy, establishing customer service protocols for a new subsidiary. Educationally, Marge holds a BS in Education from the University of Connecticut and an MS in Counseling from Central Connecticut State University.
