Michael Smith

Michael Smith is an experienced professional with a background in traffic engineering, claims investigation, and integrated planning and scheduling. From February 2016 to January 2022, Michael worked as a Traffic Engineer for the City of Boston, reviewing street occupancy permits and traffic management plans. Prior to that, in a role as a Claims Investigator, Michael addressed public inquiries regarding parking violations and issued permits based on program qualifications. In January 2022, Michael transitioned to Eversource Energy, where responsibilities include supervising master work schedules for various district operations.
