Robert Garvey

Robert Garvey is a seasoned construction and environmental project manager with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Eversource Energy since July 2023, Robert oversees electrical transmission line projects in western Massachusetts. Prior to this role, Robert was a Construction Manager at United Utility Power Services from December 2018 to October 2023, focusing on transmission line construction and substation projects. Robert's earlier experience includes serving as an Environmental Project Manager for PAR Electrical Contractors, managing high-voltage transmission line projects, and working as an Environmental Professional at TRC Solutions and Normandeau Associates, Inc. Robert holds a degree from Plymouth State University and additionally studied at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
