Alexis Antonucci has extensive experience in hospitality and catering management, currently serving as an Information Desk Tech at ComEd since June 2021, while also working at EverSource since 2017 in various roles including Site Manager and Hospitality Coordinator. In these positions, Alexis has successfully managed catering requests for the entire company, developed policies for hospitality services, and provided detailed reports on operations. Previous experience includes roles as a pastry cook at BOKA Group and Swift & Sons, where Alexis contributed to dessert production and inventory management. Early career experience includes customer service and supervisory roles at Deerfield Bakery and an internship at TRIO, enhancing culinary skills and customer relations. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Eastern Illinois University and education from Le Cordon Bleu.
