Freddy N. began their career in 1999 as a Unix Software Intern for State Farm Insurance. Freddy then moved on to a Space Research Software Intern position at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in 2000. That same year, they also took on a Teaching Assistant role at Tulane University. In 2001, Freddy N. was hired as a Software Engineer at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). Freddy then moved to a MTS Analog & Mixed Signal Circuit Designer role at Spansion in 2004. In 2010, Freddy N. joined Audiotoniq as an Engineering Lead and Individual Contributor. There, they led the team that built the world's first hearing aid that could be controlled directly by a smartphone via bluetooth. Freddy also worked as an individual contributor on tasks covering a broad spectrum. Finally, in 2013, Freddy N. began working as a DMTS Analog IC Designer & Analog Lead at Everspin Technologies.
Freddy N. received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Tulane University in 2001. Freddy then went on to receive their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the National Technological University in 2006.
