Raj Kumar

Raj Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in materials science and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Everspin Technologies since July 2023. Prior roles include Senior Development Engineer at Antaios, where work focused on the development of Spin-Orbit Torque based Magnetic Random Access Memory (SOT-MRAM) technology, and as a Marie Curie Fellow at SPINTEC, emphasizing the development of electrical field assisted Spin Transfer Torque - Magnetic Random Access Memories (STT-MRAMs). Experience also encompasses significant contributions as a Senior Process Engineer in the Epi Group at ASM America, a Postdoctoral Researcher at North Carolina State University's Department of Physics, and various roles at North Carolina State University, including Research Scientist and Lab Manager. Raj Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
