Brad Beiermann

Brad Beiermann has over 19 years of experience in various technology leadership roles. Brad is currently the Vice President of Technology at Everspring Inc., where they are responsible for leading software engineering teams, quality assurance, and project delivery. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director of Technology at Kapow, where they oversaw all technology aspects of the Kapow platform. Brad also has experience as the CTO and Co-Founder of Cimstrat, Inc., where they provided software development services and leadership strategies. Additionally, they have held roles as a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Lead Developer and CTO at Stewart Leadership, Head of Software Engineering & Architecture at Brightstar Corp., and Director of e-Commerce Technology Solutions at Oracle. Their earlier experience includes positions at ProfessorString.com and HienoteDirectory.com, where they served as a Senior Developer and Chief Technology Officer. Brad began their career as the Director of Mobile e-Business at marchFIRST.

Brad Beiermann has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Manufacturing Systems from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Brad also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Brad has pursued a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from SIU/KWU. In terms of certifications, they are certified in Continuous Integration (IS7-216) eCommerce Architecture and the Intershop eCommerce Suite from Intershop Communications. Brad is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from IC Agile and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
