Faculty Engagement Principal; Associate Director Of Faculty Engagement at Everspring

Leanna Duncan has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Leanna is currently working at Everspring as an Associate Director of Faculty Engagement, where they oversee the training and consultation of faculty in running online graduate courses. Prior to this, they held the position of Faculty Engagement Specialist at Everspring, where they managed calendars and data for multiple university partners and curated thought leadership pieces and webinars. Leanna also worked as a Graduate Affiliate at the Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning (CITL), University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and held various roles at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, including Instructor of Record, Teaching Assistant, Course Preparation Assistant, and Research Assistant. Leanna also served as a Summer Teaching Assistant at Johns Hopkins Center For Talented Youth (CTY) and interned at the Smithsonian Institution: Anacostia Community Museum. Leanna obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2021, a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the University of Tulsa in 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from The University of Tulsa in 2014.
