Robert Kaeding

Robert Kaeding is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product design, development, and instructional technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Design and Development at Everspring Inc. since January 2014, Robert has held multiple leadership roles, including Executive Director of Production and Production Director. Prior to Everspring Inc., Robert worked at AT&T from 2006 to January 2014 as a Consultant in Learning Technology and Instructional Design, managing the design and development of training applications. Robert's earlier career includes roles such as Lead HTML/CSS/Javascript Programmer at ManpowerGroup and Principal at SPYRALVISION, INC., where enterprise applications and learning technology solutions were provided. Additional experience includes serving as Technology Director for Educational Software at NTC/Contemporary Publishing Company. Robert holds a BA in Communications from the University of Illinois, obtained in 1996.
