David Kinitsky

Kinitsky currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Everstake (2025–Present). Kinitsky previously held senior leadership and strategy roles across crypto, fintech and investing, including Managing Director, US at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange (2022–2023) and CEO, Kraken Bank (2022–2023), Chief Operating Officer at Dominant Strategies (2023–2025), and Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy at Circle (2019–2020). Kinitsky earned a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law (2004–2007) and attended UC Berkeley (2000–2002).
