Jon Davis has over 35 years of experience as a Chief Meteorologist in various companies. Jon currently holds the position of Chief Meteorologist at Everstream Analytics since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Riskpulse from June 2015 until their current role, where they led the forecasting operations and consulting services for energy and agriculture markets. Before that, they held the position of Chief Meteorologist at EarthRisk Technologies from October 2013 to June 2015. Jon also served as the Chief Meteorologist at Chesapeake Energy for ten years, from 2003 to 2013, where they formed and managed a team responsible for monitoring global weather and its impact on energy and agriculture. Their career started at CitiGroup/Smith Barney in 1985, where they worked as a Chief Meteorologist until 2003, managing the meteorology department in the commodity division. Throughout their career, Jon has consistently focused on linking weather forecasting applications to client-based decisions and understanding each client's sensitivity to weather.

Jon Davis attended Maine West High School from 1976 to 1980, where they did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Jon then went on to study at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Meteorology.
