Ron Carlson

Ron Carlson is an accomplished underwriting and reinsurance executive with extensive experience in property catastrophe underwriting and MGA program leadership. Previously, Ron served as the Chief Executive Officer of iDemand Insurance Agency, overseeing underwriting strategy and carrier relations while developing risk assessment frameworks. Ron has also held senior positions at Velocity Risk Underwriters and Willis Re, where they managed significant portfolios and led strategic initiatives. Currently, Ron is the Chief Underwriting Officer and Head of Insurance Operations at Evertas, focusing on optimizing underwriting efficiency through technology and data-driven strategies. Ron holds a BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
