Gretchen Ortiz

Gretchen Ortiz has over two decades of experience in the IT field, currently serving as an IT Projects Coordinator and Senior Network System Analyst at Evertec since April 2004. Responsibilities include coordinating over 20 communications projects, analyzing telecommunications service orders, and ensuring installations meet service level agreements. Previously, Gretchen worked as a Service Representative, resolving technical issues and managing service orders, and as an Office Clerk at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, where responsibilities included opening service tickets and verifying client satisfaction. Gretchen began a career in data entry at Accounting Processing Systems and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Puerto Rico.
