Karen Serra, PMP, EIT, and PE Candidate, has extensive experience in project management and innovation within the financial technology sector. Currently serving as the ATH Móvil Manager and Innovation Specialist at Evertec since August 2018, Karen previously worked at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico as an IT Project Coordinator from August 2015 to August 2018. Prior experience includes roles at Accenture as a Consulting Analyst from April 2013 to August 2015, a summer internship at Goldman Sachs as an Operations Summer Analyst in 2012, and an internship as an Operations Engineer at Pratt & Whitney in 2009. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, completed in 2012, and has also studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2010.
