Luis A. Rodríguez

Luis Rodríguez is the main Legal and Administrative officer. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy and Legal Counsel for Evertec. Prior to this, Rodríguez served as executive director at JP Morgan's “Emerging Markets Credit Desk” in New York.

During his more than 10 years of professional experience in Puerto Rico, the United States and the Latin markets, Rodríguez was Undersecretary of the Department of Economic and Commercial Development of Puerto Rico, Vice President of “Distressed Products Group” and “Emerging Markets Latin America Credit Trading Group” of Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. in New York, and associate of the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.

He holds a BA from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of International and Public Affairs and a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School. In 2016 he was recognized by Caribbean Business with the 40 Under 40 award.
