Barb Shepard

Barb Shepard currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at EverTrue, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Barb held significant leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources & Compliance Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Christian Horizons from January 2019 to February 2025, focusing on transforming the employee experience in non-profit, multi-state aging services. Experience includes serving as EVP and Head of Human Resources at Concordance Academy of Leadership from 2016 to 2019, and as VP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Great Circle from 2013 to 2016, where strategic human resource planning was prioritized. Barb's early career included a tenure at The Doe Run Company from 1997 to 2012, initially overseeing human resources and community relations during a significant company transition. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Saint Louis University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Home Economics Education from Southeast Missouri State University.
