Norm Toon is currently the Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Midwest BankCentre, a position held since 2024. Previously, Toon served as the St. Louis Market President at Cadence Bank from 2019 to 2024, and held senior roles at various banks, including Simmons First National Bank, PNC, and Reliance Bank. With a background in the U.S. Navy, where they retired as a Commander after a distinguished service from 1985 to 2008, Toon also contributes as Vice Chairman of the Board at EverTrue since 2019. Norm earned an MBA from Saint Louis University and is currently pursuing a BSBA in Economics at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
