Tammy Hempen

Tammy Hempen is the Executive Director at EverTrue, a position they have held since 2007. Previously, they worked at Lutheran Senior Services from 2007 to 2025. Tammy began their career at Delmar Gardens Chesterfield in various roles, including Director of Human Resources, Assistant Administrator, and Administrator, from 2000 to 2007. They hold a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Truman State University.
