Leo Cuellar

Leo Cuellar currently serves as the Director of Cyber Security at Everus since January 2025. Prior to this role, Leo held the position of Director of Information Security at Public Partnerships from April 2023 to January 2025, where significant contributions were made to secure a multi-million healthcare venture. From April 2022 to March 2023, Leo was the Chief Information Security Officer for the Oregon Secretary of State, overseeing cybersecurity for critical services. Leo's experience includes leading the Cyber Security Practice at CRI Advantage, developing security programs for AllSocial, and creating compliance frameworks at Taos and Reciprocity, Inc. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Applied Information Management from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Washington.
