Andrew Ritchie

Andrew Ritchie is an experienced professional in revenue operations and sales enablement, currently serving as Vice President at OSG since October 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at ADP as Senior Director of Sales Operations from October 2018 to September 2025, and at ZS Associates as a Strategy and Management Consultant from April 2014 to September 2018. Andrew began a career in project management at ExxonMobil, overseeing various roles from September 2007 to March 2014, including Project Manager and Cost and Schedule Engineer. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business from Lehigh University, completed in 2007.
