Betsy Keplinger

Betsy Keplinger, MS, m-edp, CCSM1, is currently the Director of Client Communications at OSG, where they co-lead initiatives to enhance the communications ecosystem and have launched an internal series aimed at providing a broader vision for teams. Betsy previously worked as a Customer Success Manager at Quadient and held various positions at HP and Exstream Software, where they focused on customer experience and application development. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s Degree in Information Resources Management from Syracuse University, Betsy dedicates time to industry growth as Chair of the EDP Committee at Xplor. Their career has been characterized by a transformation of customer communications and a commitment to improving both customer and employee experiences.
