Heather Kalous

Heather Kalous is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and team leadership. Currently serving as a Sr. Client Experience Representative at OSG since April 2022, Heather has previously held positions at Diamond Communication Solutions, including Account Manager and Jr. Account Manager from January 2016 to April 2022. Additionally, Heather worked at Target from August 2005 to January 2016, where contributions included enhancing department revenue through a pilot program and establishing a seasonal training program. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Aurora University, completed between 2014 and 2015.
