Matthew Oakes

Matthew Oakes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business transformation and operations management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as President of the Real Estate Services Group and EVP of Business Transformation at EverView since October 2022, Oakes also holds the position of Executive Vice President at OSG since April 2018. Previous roles include Chairman, President, and CEO at Paybox Corp., leading the company through significant growth and operational improvements, and President & COO at Direct Insite Corp., where responsibilities expanded to various management roles fostering corporate efficiency. Oakes has also served as COO and General Counsel for Direct Media Networks, driving a major revenue increase and cost reduction, and managed operations at Westinghouse Electric Company. Oakes began a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps as a decorated Sergeant, which included roles as a Drill Instructor and Scout Sniper. Oakes holds a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University.
