Michelle Potts has held various leadership positions in the sales, real estate, and operations fields. Michelle currently serves as the Vice President for Enterprise Accounts, Client Experience, and Sales at OSG. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a REALTOR ® and Director of Operations at Springfield Realty LLC. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Journalism, Michelle continues to enhance their leadership skills with certificates in Organizational Leadership and Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online.
