Rachel Steele

Rachel Steele has a vast and impressive background in client and merchant success management. Rachel currently holds the position of VP, Major Accounts at OSG, where Rachel successfully manages a portfolio of mid-market client accounts. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Merchant Success Manager at Sezzle, where Rachel brought in significant revenue and developed strategies to increase AOV growth and overall take-rate on managed accounts. Rachel's experience also includes internships in public relations and retail, as well as membership in the NRFSA student group. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising, Communication Studies, and Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota.
