Mark MacDonald

Mark Macdonald currently serves as the Head of Sales and Customer Success Manager at everviz, focusing on customer onboarding, retention, and growth through metrics monitoring and advocacy initiatives. Mark is also the Founder of Maple Leaf Media, a sole proprietorship offering translation and marketing services, including drone video productions. Prior experience includes roles as an Instructional Designer and Technical Writer at Vizrt, where responsibilities encompassed education services and documentation for technology. Previous positions include Copywriter at itslearning AS, Translator/Project Manager at Allegro språktjenester, and Staff Reporter at Kamloops This Week. Mark holds a BA in Journalism from Thompson Rivers University and has additional qualifications in Terminology from the Norwegian School of Economics and in International Relations from The University of Salford.
