Jacques Black

Jacques Black is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in budget analysis and management. Currently serving as a Senior Budget Analyst at EverWatch since May 2023, Jacques focuses on program and budget scheduling, resource planning, and preparation of program recommendations. Prior to this role, Jacques held a similar position at ManTech, where responsibilities included budget execution for the Secretary of Air Force and DoD appropriations. As a Finance Officer in the US Army from November 2013 to June 2022, Jacques led budget projects under the G8, contributing over four years of analytical expertise. Additional experience includes a role as a Security Guard at Allied Universal. Academically, Jacques is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration at Salem University, with a strong educational background including a Master of Public Administration from Valdosta State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Further studies are ongoing at Webster University, Syracuse University, and the Naval Postgraduate School.
