Fadi Serhan

Fadi Serhan is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Everway since October 2025, Fadi previously held the position of Director Security Engineering at Beamery from July 2022 to October 2025, where leadership in AppSec, CloudSec, SecOps, and GRC was demonstrated, as well as collaboration with senior leadership to drive information security strategies. Prior to this, Fadi worked as a Senior Security Engineer at XING from November 2019 to June 2022, focusing on cloud and application security, and managed security incidents and vulnerability programs. At Smaato from June 2011 to November 2019, a robust background in improving security across applications, systems, and networks was established, along with roles in software engineering where Fadi developed various applications and REST services. Fadi began the career in software engineering at TargoSoft from July 2008 to June 2011.
