Peter Tsang

Peter Tsang serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer for the Riverside Capital Appreciation Fund at The Riverside Company since July 2004. In addition, Peter holds the position of Chairman at Wall Street Prep since February 2025 and has been a Board Member for various organizations including Corporate Visions, Clinical Education Alliance, Red Nucleus, N2Y LLC, The Camelot Schools, Health & Safety Institute, and MNX Global Logistics. Peter's previous role as Chairman of the Board at Spectrio lasted from October 2014 to September 2017. Peter's educational background includes a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
