Dmitry Malyugin

Dmitry Malyugin is the Co-Founder and COO at EverX. Dmitry has over seven years of experience in the private equity and venture capital industry. Prior to EverX, they were the Head of a private family office where they were responsible for the operational and financial management of investment structures and portfolio companies. Dmitry has a deep understanding of the PE & VC market in Europe, USA, and CIS and has sourced and analyzed new investment ideas, conducted initial due diligence, and structured deals. Dmitry has also worked with project teams and co-investors, communicated and cooperated with private banks and other VC & PE funds, and participated in strategy development for portfolio companies. Dmitry started their career as a strategy consultant at KPMG Russia and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants before joining Ernst & Young as an intern in their Transaction Advisory Services.

Dmitry Malyugin studied Banking and Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Dmitry then completed a Specialist program in Finance and Credit at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Dmitry Malyugin reports to Alexander Filatov, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Mitja Goroshevsky - Co-Founder & CTO, Pavel Prigolovko - Co-Founder & CSO.
