Allison Fine

President at Every.org

Allison Fine has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. In 1992, they founded Innovation Network, Inc., a national nonprofit dedicated to promoting innovative approaches to social change. From 2006 to 2014, they served as a Senior Fellow at Demos. In 2006, Allison also began their own consulting firm, Allison Fine Consulting, where they worked with organizations and executives to enhance their inclusivity, network orientation, and effectiveness. Allison later founded the Network of Elected Women in 2019, focusing on empowering individuals through participatory evaluation and utilizing social media for social change. In 2018, they co-founded Underwire, a community for progressive women in public office. Currently, they are a Leap Ambassador and President of Every.org.

Allison Fine earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Vanderbilt University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Allison then pursued further education at NYU Wagner School, where they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from 1987 to 1989.
