Rajeev Behera

Rajeev Behera has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rajeev is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Every, where they have set up various back-office functions such as banking, bookkeeping, tax, HR, payroll, and benefits. Prior to this, Rajeev served as the Chairman of the Board and then as the CEO at Reflektive. During their tenure, Reflektive experienced significant growth, increasing its annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $20 million. Rajeev raised $100 million in venture capital for the company. Before Reflektive, Rajeev held the position of Director of Product Management at Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution, where they led the product and engineering teams for Disney's freemium mobile gaming group. Under their leadership, the team grew from 6 to 85 people and developed successful mobile applications. Rajeev also gained experience in marketing and user acquisition roles at Tumri (acquired by Adobe), Like.com (acquired by Google), Adteractive (acquired by Next Internet), and Nextag. Rajeev demonstrated expertise in driving gross margin, campaign management, online media buying, and building relationships with online publishers.

Rajeev Behera completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley from 2000 to 2004.
