Nicole Mann, LMSW, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director at EveryChild, a role assumed in September 2023. Previously, Nicole held the position of Eastern Iowa Decategorization Director at Scott County Kids from February 2017 to September 2023. Prior to that, Nicole worked as a Grants Manager and Domestic Violence Supervisor at Family Resources, Inc. from January 2014 to February 2017 and as Program Manager at Friendly House of Davenport, IA from August 2012 to October 2013. Nicole also acted as Decategorization Coordinator at Scott County Kids from October 2009 to May 2012. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from St. Ambrose University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
