As an independent company that operates outside the traditional donor-funded system, we have the freedom of operation and voice to engage in peacebuilding that truly transforms the roots of war, conflict, and violence. 

Our three core approaches distinguish our work: Decolonial (centering local knowledge and challenging oppressive systems), Demilitarist (promoting demilitarization, war abolition, and alternatives to militarism), and Intersectional (addressing multiple forms of oppression while amplifying marginalized voices).
