Everyday Solitude exists to support all things mental health and human connection. We specialise in coming alongside individuals, businesses and local communities to share the message of mental wellness through product design, event facilitation and conversation.

Women-led and founded in New Zealand, we believe that each connection provides an opportunity to exercise empathy and likely result in a more connected and healthy community.

Connect with us as we grow together, create together, learn together and heal together.

With love,
The Solitude Team.
