Andrei Toma

Andrei Toma is an experienced operations and project management professional currently serving as the Head of Group Operations at EveryMatrix since May 2017. With expertise in Agile methodology, Andrei has successfully led initiatives that enhance product delivery across regulated markets, optimize workflows, and manage high-performing teams. Prior experience includes positions as Business Process Management Team Lead at EveryMatrix, Product Owner at Netop Romania, and IT Project Manager at Zitec and Bigstep, among others. Andrei has a strong background in internet banking and web marketing from roles at CREDIT EUROPE BANK (ROMANIA) S.A. and BC Intesa Sanpaolo Romania SA, where significant increases in user engagement and customer satisfaction were achieved. Andrei holds a degree in Accounting and Management of Information Systems from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
