Ionut Fedeles

Ionut Fedeles has extensive experience in software support and project management, currently serving as GM Release Manager and Team Lead for L2 Software Support at EveryMatrix since September 2017, as well as previously in the role of GamMatrix Account Manager. Prior experience includes over a decade at Conectys, where Ionut held various managerial positions such as Project Manager, TQM Manager, and Customer Support Manager, focusing on customer communication, process implementation, quality assurance, and team performance. Ionut's earlier roles encompassed responsibilities in corporate actions and data research, along with a background in real estate as a Real Estate Agent at RHR Services SRL. Ionut holds a Master's degree in Geopolitics and International Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
