Mark Schmidt

Mark Schmidt is an experienced sales professional with a focus on the African market, currently serving as Head of Sales for Africa at EveryMatrix since September 2024. Prior roles include Senior Director of Emerging Markets and Director of Africa Sales at Sportingtech from July 2022 to July 2024, and Director of Africa Sales at Pronet Gaming from October 2020 to July 2022. Prior to these positions, Mark held the role of Sales and Business Development Manager for the Middle East and Africa at IMG ARENA and Sales Manager for Africa at Sportradar. Mark began a career in the gaming industry as Head of Sports Betting at Hollywoodbets from 2009 to December 2013. Education was completed at St Henry's Marist Brothers College Durban.
