Mia Cockson

Mia Cockson is a seasoned KYC & Compliance Officer currently working at EveryMatrix since July 2025. Prior to this role, Mia held a position as Senior Financial Crime Compliance Analyst at BNF Bank p.l.c., where responsibilities included investigating individuals and payment screening. Mia's experience in financial crime also includes roles at White Hat Gaming and HSBC, focusing on customer intelligence, responsible gaming, and thorough KYC processes for various customer segments. Mia has a background in establishing inclusive networks as the founder of the HSBC Pride Chapter in Malta, and has significant experience in handling complaints related to financial products. Mia earned a BA (Hons) in Textile Innovations from the Northern School of Design and a foundation degree in Art & Critical Study from Queen Victoria VI Form College.
