Mihai Eftime

Mihai Eftime is an experienced professional in Agile methodologies with a focus on Scrum implementation and coaching. Currently serving as Chief Scrum Master and Agile Coach at EveryMatrix Ltd since February 2015, Mihai aligns and supervises Scrum processes across offices, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and the effective use of metrics. Prior to this role, Mihai worked as a Management Consultant for Agile Methodologies at Broadhurst Industrial Management and Smart Sigma, where responsibilities included implementing Agile methodologies and training project managers within companies of the NCH Group. Mihai holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a degree in Management from Universitatea „Hyperion” din București.
